How long does it take to lose weight? I Trat Weight Watchers December 2, 2010, and I am of £ 4.8 target. However, from May 2011 to September 2013, I was living overseas in Japan. In the 2.5 years I've only lost 30 pounds, was a slow process. I did WW online. Commissioners of the basics were not so great to do from a selection of shops here. But I wanted to enjoy Japanese food and the experience of living abroad. Now that I am back in the USA and in the meetings again faster it goes.
Light bulb moment: I do not remember a moment that it's time to get serious, said. My husband had just returned from Afghanistan and was 13% body fat (hello) wanted to have children someday and I want to be able to have a healthy pregnancy. And I saw an ad for the new Weight Watchers Points Plus Plan. I went to their website and now that carbohydrates and proteins are built to read, instead of calories. I thought, well, that seems a bit healthier than it has done; Maybe I should check. So I did it. I do not remember that very happy with my weight or evil. I know you wanted to lose weight and I knew I had to do when I finished 100%.
How did you two words: Weight Watchers. Track points. I mean not only filling, but I try to incorporate as much food as possible force. But I know myself and I need the structure (portion control) that goes with tracking points. Weight Watchers have my life. I got a second chance at it.
What was the biggest challenge? How can I overcome it? The biggest challenge is something that I continue with the mental aspect of the pressure moving away. I look in the mirror or photos of me and I know I've lost weight. But when I'm in public, no matter what I wear, I remain as I am heavier than I really am. I still feel that I look good and I take a lot of space. I keep photos on my phone of me in my heaviest and I, as a daily reminder. I do not know how to overcome them. I'm still working on it.
What was the one thing that has helped you on the street, especially when things are hard Four things helped me - my back before photos (that's what I work now), my boss in California I am still in contact with my head here in Colorado and my husband - who is my biggest fan. They help re-focus when you start to lose focus.
How has your life changed since losing weight? My cholesterol dropped 60 points! My BMI dropped from 15.5! I crossed my legs comfortably on a plane to be comfortable on a roller coaster running on my feet and all day without sore my feet, and I can run most important! I used to not even able to run a quarter mile, and I did a 10k on Memorial Day!
Exercise Routine: I'm not going to go forever. If the weather is nice weekend, my husband and I go hiking in the mountains. And I found two 5'ks and 10k. I would race more, although typing.
Small breakfast favorite in the race: My usual breakfast during the work week is half a cup of Chobani vanilla yogurt with half a cup of Cheerios and handful of blueberries. Other than that, I'm doing a kind of small egg sandwich on a bagel thin or thin sandwich.
Favorite dessert: ice cream! I take my ice cream in the morning. I would say I have ice at least 5 times a week for dessert. At the moment I'm addicted to chocolate Skinny Cow ice cream cones Mint Ganache!
The comforting dinner favorite: I love the pizza, casseroles and when the weather is cold soup. Emily Bites really any recipe. Your recipes have helped me on my way. Dinner is not boring because of income.
Healthy favorite restaurant or the discovery of fast food: My favorite "healthy" restaurant in a chopped salad plant in Skinnylicious The Cheesecake Factory menu. That's the only thing I ate in the last 4 years. And I could eat every day. I love this salad. My favorite fast food and almost the only fast food I eat is ChickfilA. There is just something about them that I love sandwich. It is high in points, but they do.
Advice for someone starting: Be patient. Do not give up. Take the top off the bottoms. And remember that you're worth it! If the number (not only the size but the dress size, cholesterol, etc.) see below, it is an addiction. Remember why you started.
Anything you want to share: He has not a way of life for me in the night. WW I do not think that there was a plan to start, but there were a few years in this round I realized I order healthier menu options or eat small portions when eating abroad. Not because I had to WW, but because I wanted to. The time now is my life. Moderation not deprivation. Sometimes I "ate a whole box of cookies because I consider myself a biscuit per day for a few weeks. Now know that I have 1 or 2 per day, and that my desire fulfilled. Find what works for you, it takes only time.
