Obesity expert Chris Powell said carb cycling can accelerate weight loss.

"Extreme Weight Loss" star Chris Powell said malnutrition and to drastically reduce carbohydrate diet are two mistakes to prevent weight loss.

Chris is not a fan of low-carb diets that say they work in the short term, but can be counterproductive in the long run, what to get weight loss stalled or rebound weight gain.

Instead, recommends Chris carb cycling or alternating between days high intake of carbohydrates and low intake of carbohydrates to your body guessing and your metabolism fired.

In your diet plan carb cycling, you can eat 1200 calories per day low carb 1500 calories per day rich in carbohydrates and calories to 2400 on a cheat day.

Powell outlined his plan for rapid weight loss in his bestseller The New York Times, Choose to Lose: The solution Carb 7-day cycle. Your daily bike carb menu looks like this:

  • Eat five meals.
  • Eat a breakfast rich in carbohydrates, proteins and carbohydrates within 30 minutes of waking.
  • Eat four meals rich in carbohydrates and low in carbohydrates every three hours.
  • Day drink a gallon of water.

Chris also recommends daily workouts, but said that if you do not exercise regularly, five minutes a day, which to start.

"It may seem a little run around the block, or just walk in place while watching TV," Powell, who also wrote Select Plus, lose more, said.

"When it comes to creating a lifestyle fitness, we have to start small. We need to focus on something feasible that anyone can do it."
