Fruits, vegetables is not a quick fix for losing weight
For some people, it works automatically, since the consumption of foods rich in fiber such as fruits and vegetables, eventually decreasing their intake of other foods high in calories without even trying, because the filling of fruit / vegetables. Result: reduced caloric intake.
It is obvious that this process is not for everyone (or even most people?) It is clear that the simple addition of food, no matter how healthy it is also the power that already fat, will not lead to weight loss.
