Weight loss wonder woman Nowra

At 22, Hayley North Nowra Beauchamp weighed 123.5 kg and fell into a depression, rarely leave the house for anything other than work.

My 160cm frame wrestled under the excess weight with the family and friends involved, could have a stroke or a heart attack at an early age.

All that changed last year when the former Nowra High student determined to lose weight and start living healthy.

Now 23, who works at McDonald's, said he had are her life overweight.

"Especially in high school. Was not so intimidated, but I was bullied," he said.

Shakes and programs, dietitians - "I had tried all sorts of diets.

"The doctor has always pushed me to lose weight.

"I'm pretty low."

He had lost some weight here and there, but put it back.

It was in May 2013 when they decided, had to change things.

"I was down, I have nothing. Thought I had to do something," he said.

Hayley considering lap band surgery, but decided to take their parents to work with Lite n 'Easy, to help.

About a month later, a friend whose mother works promoted soul fitness women heart (such as contour lines in known at the time) to make a composition.

"I spent five days a week, sometimes seven - wanted a workout to do at home, if I'm not," Hayley said.

Keep working at least five days a week doing cardio for weight training.

Mum Anne said her daughter Hayley was a pretty determined young woman.

"If you want something, she sticks it," Ms. Beauchamp said.

In the first week, eat well, even without exercising Hayley lost 3 kg.

From there, 2-3 kg per week, they lost about 1 kg per week to stabilize.

A friend of Hayley developed a unique way of motivating.

"He keeps up with how I wanted to lose and the total weight, so I can see what it was that I lost," he said.

"I came to a point that nothing had very heavy."

Today, Hayley is 57 kg lighter, weighing 66.5 kg. It is part of the port size 24 at the bottom and on the top surface 22 having an average size of 10 to 12 in dependence on the brand.

But the fight is not over yet.

"Nevertheless, I have some loose skin, so I'll try to think tone. Due to my age that doctors should have a good chance [of skin stretching]," he said.

Each operation will have to wait until your weight is stable for 12 months.

Meanwhile, the benefits have been innumerable.

"I have more energy, I feel much safer differently treated people," he said ..

"I have many regular customers who keep my weight loss cheer. Maintain."

Hayley said before she ate what I wanted and when I wanted.

"I do not have a routine," she said.

"Mentally I now own - I had still not much."

Mrs. Beauchamp said, the big difference was the size of the portions.

"She always has her favorite foods, but partially controlled," he said.

"We are very proud of them.

"And it looks good."

The only downside so far?

"I bought clothes that I only used for a few weeks - or not at all," he said.

"I bought something a while it was too tight, especially since it was made. Now it is too large."

While Hayley knows the cost of the people who seem to lose weight can be prohibitive, it encourages people in the position that needed to be changed.

"You can and change your life, if you want. Must you resolve to do it. Had some people say they can not do Lite n 'Easy because of the cost, but you can always [meal planning] for themselves."
