Best weight loss plan?

I am a 16 year old boy, of course, very strong, but they are also prone to fat. Stronger than most of my friends who work, but have fat, especially stomach / sides. You get to the building; beefy. I just want a good way to lose my fat to know is not working help a little, but to build more muscle mass, especially (I really do not need or want). I took martial arts for a year and a half, I gained a lot of muscles, a little chubby. In general very little compared to the other. My calorie intake per day from 500 to 1000. Dont know the science, that's why I'm here. I just want a good way to reduce fat and maintain muscle mass (not win, seriously, I can bench 200 + (not exactly), it's stupid, at this point, I have nothing to do all day, why the bank a lot). My thinking is that I do not lose fat in the muscles that I have seen. Sorry for the (warrants) and a valid input is appreciated.
