So I went on coconut oil for all my cooking since I heard to help weight loss great things about using. After abut a month, I see only reduced my belly fat and heavy I have no appetite. Has anyone had a similar experience with the use of coconut oil. I would like to waist circumference before the start, but I'll try to continue to follow my progress.

I cook with coconut oil, but there is no magic here. Coconut oil is the only healthy cooking oil can and has many other uses too. Not magic to reduce belly fat or magically make your body burn extra calories. The only thing is a calorie deficit.
ETA: I read the last part of the article. It is similar to many others I've read say the same. Have, in fact, almost as it would have looked copied and together I've read inserted. Since many of these types of articles can be found online, and perhaps there are many views.

Yes, I use coconut oil Trader Joe, both the pot and spray. Personally I do not think if I have a lunch or di any aftertaste. However, when I tried oil pulling, I liked and did not like, but I'm using a different brand of coconut oil.

I would agree with the previous review, coconut oil is good for cooking, but is still down calories and exercise more. I like the taste and it on my face and hair to run as a moisturizer and sometimes even in the hands of my dogs, but it may be healthier than some reductions, miracles n 'No, that was.

Hello ksy1969,
Thanks for the comments! That's why I like to have the opinions of other online articles. So I can measure the "truthiness" of the objects.

I mix (in the mixer) coconut oil in my coffee every morning, I have not cooked with it, but I really noticed a difference in my appetite fails. I feel full and not hungry all day! For belly fat can be, simply because I do not often eat too much :) It is believed that coconut oil has many benefits for your body! Including hair, skin and nails! I'm a supporter of it so far. And it's a great quick breakfast in my coffee every morning.

Olive oil; 2 types of olive oil. To end one pomace oil for frying and good extra virgin olive oil (do not heat right evoo)
Avocado oil, walnut oil, sesame oil (ideal for frying), just to name a few.
These oils have their different flavors and can be used for various dishes.

I know I'm probably not enough "good" fats in my body, so I have some chewable supplements I take every day to get the coconut oil. I can not bake with it because my partner is allergic and the idea of the oil-Gag (personal matter) me, (unless you have two separate meals, which is ridiculous when you cook cook 1), so it is a good way to do! And it's like a coconut candy is delicious, it's like having a small gift!

If the refined coconut oil, which has a very similar taste everything you can get. The coconut oil is certainly not refined coconut full of flavor and can be used in almost everything that can be enjoyed cooked in coconut oil.

There are two main types of coconut oil: unrefined and refined. Unrefined tastes like coconut. Delicious in some recipes, some not so. The fine is not the taste of coconut.
That is, there is nothing magical weight loss coconut oil is the result of a calorie deficit. The end. Still our favorite cooking oil for several other reasons.

It tastes like a normal cream for your coffee, when I mix I like the taste better! and then I add honey instead of sugar, it is to make a little softer. It's great! As a Latte

To burn fat and lose weight has nothing with whether coconut oil is used to do. It is a source of delicious fat ... no more and no less. I would add that most of the health benefits are touted anecdotal at best ... I mean, coconut oil in fashion at the moment ... but it was good food evil 90s. it was the devil ... more ... clogged arteries, elevated cholesterol, heart attack cause butter ... and today it is a "health" food ... in a few years, the industry will be in the next "Super Food" or his potion. up ..don't caught in all the BS.
Like I said ... it's delicious ... I often olive oil, avocado oil, butter and depending on the application. It's just fat.

Even with calories in / calories out, unhealthy oils offer other benefits that the "small" belly fat without burning could affect?
Since the regulation of the saddle and reduce swelling? It looks like an increase in the healthy fats is a way to create the consistency. Ewwwy, yes ... but regular poop and reduce swelling leads to smaller stomach, too.

I my eating habits and exercise completely changed, and added the addition of coconut oil. I wonder if coconut oil helps you lose belly fat and a filling of fullness. My calories per day is much lower compared to two years ago, and since I started using coconut oil, I asked myself if this was the reason why I eat problems at least 1200 calories per day. These are all good comments from everyone! And yes, I have curly hair and coconut oil works great on my hair. I will continue as I do and I tried to start again with Coconut Oil pulling oil.

Sounds a bit like coffee, but without butter balls as fat. You should try it!

If your agenda is right for the last five days, you are not anywhere close to 1200 - not go 850! and only 575 days Nobody here is to defend this kind of low-calorie, as it is very dangerous to your health. That is, in those days I saw in the newspaper, I do not see connected coconut oil. So either consumed more than you think, or not in these days use coconut oil. Whatever the case, you need to eat much more than you eat. Seriously!

I know, I'm trying to force myself to eat and I cook with coconut oil, but not the record. I am not someone assist so low to eat, been price for a few days, so I'm trying to get opinions as I do. I'm not sick just do not have an appetite lately. Maybe it will go away, but I was trying to see if others experienced this also in switching to coconut oil. Believe me, if I could, I would eat more!
