And April this year, he managed to reach his ideal weight of 15st.
He said: "I am now a healthy weight for the first time in my life is an amazing feeling of accomplishment ..
"I learned a lot about healthy eating, physical fitness and self-confidence. And the journey does not end there. I am determined to achieve my weight loss and new fitness goals.
