What was your motivation? What inspires you?
What motivates change as I change. I started this motivated by the idea that I do my best to be healthy for my children books. I would like in their pictures as they grow, they have memories to play together and just feel good. Be careful, as Mama Mama can to take care of a baby. I continue to keep me motivated not scale victories (like stepping into a pair of jeans that do not match). Now my main motivation is my mission trip to Guatemala. I'll help with my old pair of twins, to build a house for a widow and working with orphans. I want to be an asset on this trip. I have to do the force that is necessary in this house. The idea of serving in this capacity, is what motivates me at this time.
How have you changed your eating habits? What starts or stops eating?
I made this journey of fat loss with the thought that I could drive enough to cancel my eating habits. I refused, I mean that I refuse to change my diet. When I started, I was in the process of group fitness, and 4:00 clock on the day I first saw the results, but that was short lived. You can not work on a poor diet really. I tried, oh I tried this method for some time without success. I did not really start focusing on my diet to a year and a half on my journey, and I wish I had started earlier. Took a friend asked as accountability partner for me and to start the gradual change in a small group in line. That's when I stopped, my meals delivered to me through a window.
